We learned leadership
where it counts.
We're two West Point graduates who served as Army officers, then spent a decade in the corporate world. We've combined that hard-won experience with behavioral science to build leaders for today's workplace.

Our foundation is military: the training, the weight of leading soldiers in combat, and the standard demanded by high-visibility, no-fail units like the Old Guard. That's where we learned the cost and value of leadership.
Working inside large companies put our leadership in new terrain: different stakes, cultures, and expectations. We learned to adapt and grow, to expand how we understand what leadership requires.
We've led teams in high stakes, done the work inside businesses, and studied leadership rigorously. You can expect development that comes from doing the work, not just talking about it.
"Leadership is not a title. It's a practice and like any practice, it can be systematically developed, measured, and refined."
